Hey All,

Simple enough question.  I'm writing a CameraOp, and added an Axis_knob to
it like this:

Axis_knob(f, &local_, "transform");

this works as expected, except it is missing the world_matrix knob in the
panel --it only has a local matrix.  Is there a way to expose the
world_matrix as well like a normal camera?  What kind of knob is that?
