Olivier, have you tried scripting multiple write nodes per file? I'm not sure 
what you're using to detect the missing frames, but as part of that process you 
could quickly write a script that creates one for frames 1-90, another one for 
95-120, etc. Then when you render you can set the full range but it'll skip 
right over the frames that aren't in a write node.
