on the same idea, is there a way to specify that a knob does not get serialized
with a script? copy/paste?
i.e. it's set as a addUserKnob { 0 ...}
i looked at all the flags but couldn't find anything.
if that was the case i could create knobs based on certain specifications and
not worry about them getting loaded if passed from around or copied.
