PLE has a limitation on the number of nodes you can work on with Python, thats why you get random results.
I'm running the PLE on Windows and for some reason, nuke.allNodes() returns different results depending on where I run it in my script. I suspect it should find all the same nodes no matter where or when I run it. Has anyone else ever seen this?
