for completion:
i used the "export nodes as script" function,
and edit the first upcoming line "Group {" to "Gizmo {"
in the exported script file.
it is not that clean, but as i marked, i there is no source
of the original "export as gizmo" function, and it works fine for us.
with my routines i export convention-named gizmos (e.g. 3 cc's)
to a relative path, which are automatically loaded on opening
a different nuke scene(s). the gizmos work like a referenced
color correction (e.g.) now.
this is a special production need,
just inspiration noted here.
