Attached is a script that can do it. I adapted it to run off the box (the original script converts shapes coming from Silhouette software).
Just create a rotopaint node with shapes inside, select the node and run it. It works better for b-splines, but can be improved to work with bezier.

How will i converts created curve to stroke??Even if stroke has just anim controle points,at end its making cubic curve internally.I suppose tangents are calculated by node.
