What you is asking has been on my todo list but still not done.
Its possible, I've done something similar to get baked rotosplines and trackers from splines that had planar tracking applied, matrix transforms and etc.
You can take a look at:

One simple/quick solution (not pythonic) is to generate UV coordinates and use them to do what you need, maybe it can help in your case.

Hi, I got a little problem with coordinates/tracks. Got lots of cornerpings in shots that are fed through a series of stabilizes, transforms etc. I'm going to need the final screen space coordinates of the cornerpins at the end of the comp.
Is this possible in some way? It would save me a lot of time and hassle! And don't say that I should feed through a tracking dot image and re-track because that would be non-elegant and kind of suck...
So, question in short form; Is it possible to get the view handle screen space coordinates of a knob of a node, for example a corner pin. I mean they are available to Nuke since they are getting drawn at the correct position if I edit the node and look through the end node in the comptree. Any ideas?
Cheers, David
