I don’t think there’s a particularly simple solution to this, since multiple
inputs can be "active" at once (for dissolves).

With the caveat that I haven’t officially tried this, you should be able to
calculate the active input by taking the 'firstFrame' value and adding the
frame counts of the inputs together in order until you hit your "target" frame.
Things will be trickier (but not impossible) if you’re using dissolves.

Hope this helps somewhat.

Subject: [Nuke-python] AppendClip active input

Hi,

Is it possible to get the active input of an AppendClip?
What I mean is, if I have have an AppendClip with 10 inputs with variable frame
lenght, can I know which input is being displayed at the current frame?
I have been trying to figure out this for a while but without any luck.

Thanks!
