Hi, i used callbacks a few times, i wanted one change affects two or more knobs inside the node, or in other nodes or create nodes, etc... "complex" things that an expression wouldn't ever do. but callbacks are not really obvious and i'm not really comfortable with this too.
for simple things, tying one knob to an other, expression seems the best way. to control a switch, i'd use a pulldown in the group and a simple expression in the wich knob. -- Aurélyen Daudet
