Hi,
We encountered the same problem when eporting cameras using maya2nuke. I
tried porting an existing eulerfilter script from blender to nuke with
no luck:

In case you use maya2nuke: I endet up modifying getdata method from the
maya2nuke script to constraint a locator to the camera, bake the
rotation, filter the resulting animation and exporting it directly from
the locator. Tell me if you need the code.
