Hey Richard,

I suggest investigating using OCIO to configure the colour states and
viewer looks. Nuke honours the configuration for which views are active.

A bug in hiero requires you to define at least two display types (such as
sRGB and rec709) or it won't show any.. but nuke doesn't suffer the same.
