I might be wrong but pretty sure you can't write a psd file via python.
At least not a usable one.

Hi Team,
I have a request for creating a new custom write node for nuke. The
new node takes the input of multiple images and it will export as a
psd file. Each images will be in separate layers. Can we do this with
python or do we need to write a c++ plugin for this task ?. Any help ?
Regards
