I've just found that a 3d node's transform knob, eg/
myNode['transform'].value() doesn't return the concatenated matrix if the
node is parented in a hierarchy. Is this intentional, or a bug? I couldn't
find any documentation about it's usage.


Obviously the world-matrix knob does return what I'm after, but it's not as
convenient for some things, especially if I want to use the snap3d module.
