If I understand you want to set different expression for each box field ?
You could do it like this :

nuke.selectedNode()['box'].setExpression(stringExp1,0)  #box.x

nuke.selectedNode()['box'].setExpression(stringExp2,1)  #box.y

nuke.selectedNode()['box'].setExpression(stringExp3,2)  #box.r

nuke.selectedNode()['box'].setExpression(stringExp4,3)  #box.t
