You probably want `nuke.Double_Knob` instead.

I don't believe you can create a Float_knob through the Python API but you can 
create an Array_Knob which is the type of knob Nuke creates when you add a 
Floating Point Slider through the Manage User Knobs dialog. Is that what you're 
looking for?

The forum post below has some more info about the flags to display a slider but 
it appears to be deprecated.
