Oups I've read to fast the problem you've exposed

I've the same bug in fact, I see my custom masking ratio when I click the
masking ratio button dropdown in the Viewer window,
but when I try to access this knob values from python or with the viewer
settings I see only default nuke values of masking_ratio :(

Using Nuke 10.0v3 and Fedora.
