I would edit your script with a text editor and remove the extra instance of rgba.red.

For example, you might see a line like this: add_layer {rgba.red rgba.red rgba.green rgba.blue}

Delete this line altogether.

Unfortunately having this extra channel in there will corrupt some nodes as well, like Merge.

Continue searching for "rgba.red rgba.red" in your text editor.

You may run into a line that reads: output {rgba.red rgba.red rgba.green rgba.blue}

Replace it with output {rgba.red rgba.green rgba.blue rgba.alpha}

Make sure that you save a backup copy of your Nuke script before you edit it in a text editor.
