nope.  it's been requested, but another vote wouldn't hurt.

for some things I can't live without it and have to bring in my little
"difference" setup with the invert+dissolve, and then switch over to
the reveal brush once I have things perfectly lined up...  but it's
certainly clunkier than a nice little "difference" checkbox next to
onion skin would be.
