Or, if you don't want to select the viewer each time (I think this was in
the London masterclass videos) ...

def toggleViewerPipes ():
    for n in nuke.allNodes('Viewer'):
        curValue = n['hide_input'].value()
        n['hide_input'].setValue(not curValue)

...and just assign that to a hotkey.

Personally, I never ever show the viewer inputs. Just unnecessary clutter!
