I don't know how to setup DJV as Nuke flip-book, but with RV, you load Nuke 
Integration package from Preferences and then from Tools, you enable Nuke, and 
finally you'll get a Nuke menu from where you install the Nuke support files. 
RV will appear in Nuke and you can also add it on the toolbar.
