Last time I checked with RED they said it wasn't possible to genereate a curve for Redgamma and recommended the use of Linear or RedlogFilm. I don't remember the reason but I would guess that the curve change at different iso settings (which the Aexa does that as well so it should be possible to create one).
By the way, anyone know what iso settings the new Alexa luts are for? I guess they are general, but if you download logC2Lin for Alexa website you get different luts for every iso setting. 2011/8/19 Deke Kincaid <[email protected]>: > ask Red for the inverse curve formula for Redgamma. > -deke > > On Thu, Aug 18, 2011 at 13:56, Mohamed Selim > <[email protected]> wrote: >> >> Any Idea where i can get an expression or a Lut for REDgamma ? >> >> ________________________________ >> Mohamed Selim >> Nuke Compositor >> Cairo, Egypt >> www.mselim.com >> _______________________________________________ >> Nuke-users mailing list >> [email protected], http://forums.thefoundry.co.uk/ >> http://support.thefoundry.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/nuke-users > > > _______________________________________________ > Nuke-users mailing list > [email protected], http://forums.thefoundry.co.uk/ > http://support.thefoundry.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/nuke-users > -- -------------------------------- Stiller Studios Lidingö/Sweden Simon Björk Stiller Studios +46 (0)8 555 23 560 Ekholmsnäsvägen 40, S-181 41 Lidingö [email protected] www.stillerstudios.se find us: http://www.eniro.se/query?search_word=stiller+studios&geo_area=liding%F6&what=all _______________________________________________ Nuke-users mailing list [email protected], http://forums.thefoundry.co.uk/ http://support.thefoundry.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/nuke-users
