Hey there -

I'm trying to find a frame range for a movie file using nuke. Basically, what
it would return in the first/last knobs automatically if it was loaded into a
read.

Ideally, I could get this info via the command line. shake had a simple command
line for it:

shake file.mov -info

You'd get the quicktime info or whatever else was readable. One line of that
output would return the Duration. Is there a way to do something similar with
Nuke? Maybe a wrapper script that prints metadata to stdout?

thanks -
jrab
