6.3v7 added a new psdMerge node which has all the photoshop transfer modes. It only shows up when you bring in a psd into nuke and hit the "Breakout Layers" button. Also you can get to it by hitting "x" in the node graph and typing "PSDMerge" (keep TCL selected).
