It has to be in the plugin path and be called via the plugin menu, tab menu or script command (i.e. hit "x" and enter the name of the gizmo). They need to be loaded. If you are loading them then I haven't come across this. If its the former then change 'Gizmo' to 'Group' inside the file Then you can copy and paste it in.
