I would file this with support.  Though unless you don't mind being a
guinea pig and possibly not having a machine which can use the software you
paid for.  I would wait to reinstall mountain lion.  Even though we fixed
many of the show stopper bugs for Lion back in 6.3v4.  We still don't
"officially" support Lion till the next version of Nuke.
