You can try unchecking the 'crop' option in the project 3d and see if that fix's it. Also if you had any roto/rotopaints set to 'clip to format' instead change them to no clip for that particular patch. If your trying to get that little bit of information out after the render, to apply lens distortion or offsetting it afterwords then in the scanline render make sure to adjust the 'overscan' slider. That will render out past the format and into the bounding box.
