Which correlate option are you using?  Using disparity does not necesarily
match 100 % since there are things like occlusions.  Also if the roto is on
an edge of something that is motion blurred or semitransparent, blurred,
etc.. which is deemed in the bg instead of the fg then it will move it the
wrong distance.
