If you have moving lights and shadows, you can either do with a simple bump 
normals pass and move around  your lights in nuke to generate the self 
shadowing effect. 

Additionally, this is a dirty method to get a 'drop shadow' in nuke (make sure 
your objects etc are in there). : check the attachment. Here again, you will 
have to add your maya lights animation to an axis node and attach it to the 
lights in nuke.
