Hey Anyone got a good way to simulate bad video streaming. I use Genarts jpegdamage for overall compression but was looking for a tip for big blocky effect when there is a lot of movement and the bandwidth is not enought. in the moving part.. I'm looking in a way other then rendering the clip with a bad qt compression...
