Hi,

I don't see any responses, yet, so I'll give one… In Nuke 7.0, there are 
separate buttons now for the Camera and Scene, if I remember correctly. Just 
hit both buttons and you'll get the same stuff as before. Evidently, someone 
thought you might not always want all of the nodes, every time…
