Hi Patrick, You're right. Any 32 bit issues shouldn't affect you (and it would be hard to deal with such big files in 32 bit in general). We tried on Linux and Windows. Happens on Windows but not Linux.
With no work around as yet, it's probably best to move this conversation over to Support. If anyone else has had similar issues we'd be interested to here though.
