The new tracker creates its transforms and corner-pins by running Python code
that’s "baked" into the compiled plugin.

Has anyone else noticed their script editor blowing up when using that tracker
kick out option? I'm not sure what I did - too much work on to investigate at
the moment, but the other day my script editor would rattle off 10 lines or so
every time I created any node with a transform. It seemed to happen after
kicking out a parented track.
some sort of callback or something. I did a quick txt search in my project
file and there was some python commands in a tracker with "-execlocal" at the
head of it - have not seen that before! then the lines I was seeing in my
script editor afterwards. still need to look into it more but something's
off...
i do love the new tracker though - just feels a lot better. smarter defaults,
more reliable and refined.

I agree however you can right click and remove the link (no animation)
then you can chose what you like.

Subject: [Nuke-users] New Tracker Node Create Option
Hi folks,
Is anybody bugged by the fact that when you create a transform node, using
the create
button in a tracker (the nuke7 one), the filter knob is also linked to the
tracker ?
TRS + Center is ok, but filter seems a bit too much.
thus you can't choose in your transform which filterto use.
and if you have many transforms linked to the tracker, you're stuck with
only one filter
choice for all transform nodes. not so handy.
Regards.
