Dont know - long time since I rtfm'd that but
you just set the frame you want at a certain frame
eg.
Frame 1 set it to 1, frame 10 set to 12: frame 20 set to 19 etc, then look at 
the curve and go back and fill in the imbetweens.
It only blends between frames so 1/2 frames aren't as good (or bad) as they 
might be in oFlow .

then you copy the curve into Oflow after setting oflow to source frame. Example 
below - the adjBBox isn't needed on full size plates.
