Hi
Found the cause and it's potentially serious.
If you are working inside a group and view a node in that group, then save this
without changing the viewer this can cause the script to get corrupted which
can lead to stack errors depending on how complex the script is. The adding and
adjusting of knobs was a red herring by the looks of it.
I have told support.
Cheers
Howard

Hi
No, no cloned nodes. It just seems to come about if I am adding or adjusting
anything exposed at the top level of the group. Or adding new user knobs
