I read the sentense of user manual below.
shutter option : The output frame number and output frame+shutter are converted 
to input frame numbers and the filter is cenetered between these two results 
and the difference between them is the width of the filter. Settings this is 1 
will a blend of at least 2 frames. Setting it smaller may produce better 
filtering and will be faster when the speed is high.
filter option : * none : pass fractional frame number to input, useful if input 
can do its own frame interpolation
                * nearest : round center of range to nearest integer frame
                * box : weighted average of several frames together to cover 
range.

I don't understand the options. Could you explain in detail?
