You should be able to delete any set through nuke.setUserPreset in your
~/.nuke/NodePresets/user_presets.py.  If not then you can just manually
remove it from that file.  If it is set with “nuke.setPreset” then the gui
will not remove it.

Though if you can’t remove it from the gui I would send the file to support.
