Hey List,

I've tried searching the archives and the foundry site to no avail, so
thought I'd try here. I'm having pretty severe hangs of Nuke when using
sprite based particles clouds with a lot of opacity.

I'm not able to repro it exactly, but if I interfere with anything when
scanline is outputting the 3d to 2d in viewer then I risk hanging Nuke, and
the hang is bad - anywhere from 2 minutes to 15. Nuke locks, and the cpu's
stay active throughout that time period. The actual scanline takes only 10
seconds or so to complete if nothing is fiddled with.

Has anyone had any experience like this? Any suggestions or workarounds,
It's driving me somewhat mental.
