Thanks for the hint. But no, not a custom init.tcl. And when starting normal 
with UI everything is ok. But starting from the .bat-file I get the error. Only 
flags are -x and -i. On Win 7 Pro.
I'm on the spanisch version though. Could it be that (like on mac) there are 
other path names working under the hood?
Oh yes! Just changed the path to C:/Program files/... and now ist works.
So there really are the english path names working under the hood.
