For me it does Howard, it brings chaos :)

It forces me to constantly resize floating panels, and basically click that
darn three times. Always yelling to my self *"press the bleeping
command!"*after clicking that damn thing the second time to close the
in-panel wheels.

I really hope there is a way to change this in Nuke.
