Had same question earlier. gtx 480 is as old as will work well with nuke 8.
Compute 2.0 or newer.

hey all
I am on an older macPro 2009 with NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 card in it, the GPU
shows up in the nuke prefs in nukex 7.0v10 but not in nukex 8.0v1
I am on mac osx 10.7.3.
is this a card version thing or a nukex version thing and is it correctable or
is it a new card to get a bit more life out of the box.
If its a new card I am looking for the mac OSX / nukex nvidia supported card
list.
any help would be appreciated.
