You can run the code below in Nuke’s Script editor. Just change the value for x 
and execute. All ScanlineRender nodes will get the same value.

## Values are "low", "medium", "high"
x = “low"

for n in nuke.allNodes():
        if n.Class()=='ScanlineRender’:
        n.knob('antialiasing').setValue(x)
