hey hey

Why not run your images though nuke first and undistorted there, then into 
photoScan.

Then all re distort images and CG in nuke.

You could also use the point cloud or mesh from photoScan to create basic geo 
of the scene in nuke and solve all cameras from the alexa footage agains each 
other using this geo or point cloud.

This should solve all of your alignment issues from shot to shot
