You can grab the slog3 to scene linear formula in that doc.  There is a
post in the link below showing how to add slog2 to nuke with your
init/menu.py.  So just change the formula in tashdor's post to match the
formula in the above pdf.

I'd do the dirty work for you but cut/paste from a PDF on my phone will
only let me select tiny sections of the formula at one time.
