I've seen this issue before on this mailing list. Don't remember the
solution.

You could probably hack it a bit with python to look up the frame rate of
the Maya file. Then set that value as the frame rate in Nuke. However I
would assume there's some meta data stored in the alembic file that should
be picked up. But maybe the Nuke frame rate settings overrides the value on
the alembic node?
