Seems to have been fixed by tweaking some settings in the Nvidia control panel for Nuke. I think the broadcast monitor was stealing some of my mojo and throwing my primary monitor into some sort of mode that didn't like openGL. Setting "primary monitor to performance mode" seems to have fixed it. Weird.
