It seems that you can get any trial licences for 15 days via the foundry
website:
http://www.thefoundry.co.uk/products/nuke/trial/

The Nuke Studio non commercial use licence will be available early 2015 as
they specify on this page:
http://www.thefoundry.co.uk/products/nuke/non-commercial/
