in this case this is the SAME machine and I have copied the .nuke to the
admin account as well.

if I force the pluginpath into the job properties page(env of the job) it
does work but then suddenly it cannot get a license anymore.
something is overriding the env. does deadline itself have something like
that? I only found the setup to point to the executable but not any
pluginpaths.
