Hiya, I'm trying to create a lowres preview .mov from a bunch of assets (fire, dust etc) in Nuke Studio. I've imported all the clips (about 100 clips, 115GB) added a soft text effect to burn in the clip name and the frame number for that clip.
There isn't anything else to it. I've exported the scene to 720p (down from 5K), prores 422. No other settings changed. It's been running for an hour and a half now, with 1% completed. CPU usage is around 7-8 percent, memory usage is high at about 55GB of 64. It seems that whatever process is running is using 1 of 32 cores on this PC. Estimated completion time is 15+ hours away. Where is the bottleneck here? Should I write to a different format?
