I've re-encoded the media in Adobe Media Encoder, 1080p, 23.98, h.264 main with
the text overlays.

Opening the first file in Nuke I get a 138 frame file, frame range 1-138. File
plays back fine.

Opening the first file in Nuke Studio and adding it to the timeline, suddenly
it's 139 frames long, starting at 0. It's listed as Src In 0, Src Out: 138, Src
Duration: 139 - which is wrong. So the last 2 frames in the timeline error out
saying it couldn't read the file.

Why is Studio getting the frame ranges wrong?

I will try that next. Media Encoder can do the file/frame overlays so I'm
re-encoding a bunch of stuff.

Also talking to someone last night about the slow render and they say it's a

Hi Charlie,

Yeah, there was a known bug in v4 affecting render performance. This is fixed
in our internal builds. If you disable the text node does your render speed
improve?

Cheers,

Peter.
