I do a similar thing, but as mpeg compression gets blocky I do this:

set cut_paste_input [stack 0]
version 8.0 v6
push $cut_paste_input
Radial {
 area {512 389 1536 1167}
 softness 0
 name Radial1
 selected true
 xpos 47
 ypos -194
}
Dot {
 name Dot1
 selected true
 xpos 81
 ypos -159
}
set N220bb0 [stack 0]
Transform {
 scale 0.125
 center {1024 778}
 filter Impulse
 name Transform1
 selected true
 xpos -63
 ypos -110
}
Blur {
 name Blur1
 selected true
 xpos -63
 ypos -86
}
Transform {
 scale 8
 center {1024 778}
 filter Impulse
 name Transform2
 selected true
 xpos -63
 ypos -54
}
push $N220bb0
Merge2 {
 inputs 2
 operation difference
 name Merge1
 selected true
 xpos 47
 ypos -30
}
push $N220bb0
Merge2 {
 inputs 2
 operation hypot
 name Merge2
 selected true
 xpos 148
 ypos 22
}
